5 Daily Habits of Successful People (Christian Edition)

1. Pray (to talk to God) and meditate (to hear from God) daily. A journal and a pen are a compulsory part of your quiet time. Diligently write down instructions, visions, anything you receive etc. that God shows you. "A life worth living is a life worth recording through writing, video, audio etc." That's how to put the light on the bushel instead of hiding it. Note that recording does not necessarily mean publicly publishing the content. However, have an accountability partner or group to share with.

2. Read to develop areas of your life where you need growth daily. Learn to work harder on yourself than on your job. Build skills that stick with you. If you work hard on your job, you'll make a living. If you work hard on yourself (spiritual growth, soul (emotions, intellect, will) growth, body (mental, nutritional and physical health) growth), you'll make a fortune. P.O.O.R means Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly. And everyday is another opportunity to invest in yourself and in people.

*** Listen to messages daily, during your leisure time. Faith comes by hearing the word of God, both scriptures and Holy Spirit inspired messages.

3. Keep the right company and interact with them daily. Don't share big dreams with small minded people. They will shake your faith! Make a list of the people you keep company with. Segment into Drag and Improve, analyse the effect each person has on your life and list them in the appropriate segment. Don't spend more than 5 minutes with the people listed in Drag and increase the time you spend with people listed in improve.

4. Take time to write and review your dreams and goals, daily. Prov. 29:18— It's important to have an impact-driven vision (goal/dream). An impaired vision leads to stagnancy. Use pictures representing the vision. See your vision with an eye of faith. You become what you behold. We look towards what we consistently see.

*** Envision yourself at the end of the year saying that "2024 has been the most amazing year of my life." Then ask yourself what you need to do to make this happen. Pray and Meditate on it, whatever comes to your mind, write it down. Don't leave your goals in your head, write them down. Even up to being free from debts, write your declaration of faith down.

It's one way to show God we're serious because he has instructed us in his word to write the vision down.

5. Exercise daily. As little as 20 minutes brisk walk everyday can do so much good to your body, on the long run of your health and fitness journey.

*** Make positive declarations about your health and well being daily. Back it up with God's words from the scriptures. Speak it until you start seeing results. If you don't want to see something happen in your life, don't let it come out of your mouth. You have what you say. By speaking it, you're saying "And that's the way I want it." because you are a prophet and your words carry life. Consciously speak in the direction you want your life to go.

*** Read out from your book of dreams/vision every morning. By that, you are calling things that be not as though they are as we're instructed to do in the scriptures.

*** Start your day from evening to morning, God's standard in Genesis 1. Prepare for the next day from the previous day.
